Ingredients

  • 1 banana, ripe and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • 1 cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the mango, pineapple, and banana on a clean cutting board.
  2. Add the diced mango, pineapple, and banana into your high-performance blender.
  3. Include the Greek yogurt and the coconut or almond milk.
  4. Optionally add honey or agave syrup for sweetness if desired.
