- 1 cup Crème Fraîche
- 1 cup cooked Bacon, chopped
- 1 medium Onion, sautéed
- 1 cup Cheese (Gouda or Emmental), grated
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Roll the puff pastry on a floured surface to 1/8 inch thick.
- Spread a generous layer of Crème Fraîche evenly over the pastry.
- Distribute the chopped bacon, sautéed onions, and grated cheese evenly over the Crème Fraîche.
- Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.
- Roll the dough tightly from one long side to keep the spirals firm.
- Cut the roll into 2 cm thick spirals.
- Place the spirals on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy the crispy crust and creamy filling.
