Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, spinach, or your favorite)
- 1/4 cup canned tuna or tofu
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the cooked rice in a large bowl and let it cool.
- Add the chopped vegetables, tuna or tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon or your hands until evenly combined.
- Take a portion of the rice mixture and form a compact ball with your hands.
- Repeat this step until the entire mixture is used, and arrange the rice balls on a plate.
- Serve the Jumeokbap warm or cold.
Notes
You can prepare the mixture a day in advance and let it sit in the fridge to enhance the flavors. For a crispier option, use an air fryer or oven.
