Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 2 cups Milk or plant-based milk
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Pour the chia seeds into a large bowl and add the milk or plant-based milk. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no clumps form.
- Sprinkle the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, protein powder, and a pinch of salt on top. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight. This time allows the chia seeds to absorb the water and reach the perfect consistency.
- Before serving, stir the pudding again to ensure no clumps have formed, and garnish with fresh fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of coconut flakes if desired.
Notes
For a creamier pudding, prepare it in advance and refrigerate overnight. You can also blend the mixture for an extra smooth texture.
