Description

A creamy and nutritious chocolate chia pudding that satisfies your sweet tooth while providing a protein boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds
  • 2 cups Milk or plant-based milk
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Pour the chia seeds into a large bowl and add the milk or plant-based milk. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no clumps form.
  2. Sprinkle the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, protein powder, and a pinch of salt on top. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight. This time allows the chia seeds to absorb the water and reach the perfect consistency.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding again to ensure no clumps have formed, and garnish with fresh fruits, nuts, or a sprinkle of coconut flakes if desired.

Notes

For a creamier pudding, prepare it in advance and refrigerate overnight. You can also blend the mixture for an extra smooth texture.
