Description

A refreshing tropical salad with cream cheese pieces, pineapple, and mango for a delightful summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 Cheesecake (crumbled)
  • 2 cups Pineapple (diced)
  • 2 cups Mango (diced)
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Heavy cream (for whipped cream)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cheesecake into a large bowl, leaving pieces small enough to eat but large enough to be seen.
  2. Add the diced pineapple and mango, then mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Fold the coconut flakes into the mixture to distribute the crunchy texture evenly.
  4. Prepare a whipped cream mixture with a mixer until it is firm, then gently fold it into the cheesecake mixture, being careful not to lose airiness.
  5. Optionally, top the mixture with whipped cream and maraschino cherries for a touch of elegance.
  6. Serve the salad mixture in pretty glasses or bowls and enjoy fresh!
